Christian HELP, celebrating 12 years of service, is a ministry devoted to preventing devastating financial conditions by helping the unemployed find jobs while providing for them spiritually and materially.

 Christian HELP has many great services:

•  Job Referrals - Each person who comes into Christian HELP completes a skills profile, presents a resume and has an interview. The Christian HELP counselor uses all information to determine what best fits their needs. The counselor then reviews open jobs and discusses the job openings with the seeker.

• Material Support - All who just need assistance, meet with counselors for a discussion to determine what the person can do for them and what Christian HELP can provide. A large stock of food is maintained for immediate assistance.

• Spiritual Support - Christian HELP recognizes and works hard to convey God's place in the lives of those who seek their help. Christian HELP does all they can to encourage the seekers to do all they can but recognize that God can do far more than we could even imagine. The most important part of Christian HELP's work is bringing individuals and families before the Lord in prayer.

• Networking – Christian HELP networks the unemployed together so that they can help and encourage each other in finding jobs.  The fourth Tuesday of each month is a meeting at Northland Community Church in Longwood at 7pm.  Also there are Job Fairs and Employment Seminars bringing job seekers and employers together.
